Mildip Pre-Breading Batter Dip 2kg

Pre-breading batter dip, to help breading stick to chicken, whilst adding an extra crunch. Simply mix with cold water, to create a batter like consistency. Dip chicken into the mix, before applying breading.

Salt, Flavour Enhancer (E-621), Black Pepper, Citric Acid (E-330), Spices (Including Mustard And Celery), Onion, Garlic, Lemon Flavour.

USAGE INFO :

Mix 100 g of mildip with 150 mL of cold water to create a batter like consistency and dip your chicken before applying breading. Thickness can be adjusted by varying the amount of water.
